HOLDING MORE WITHOUT BURNING OUT

A 90-Minute Live Radiant Aligned Depth Experience

Understand what is consuming your capacity and create a personal expansion plan that allows you to hold what matters without losing yourself beneath it.

Tuesday, August 25, 2026

Two live session times available

Registration: $39

Ready to understand what your next season actually requires?

You do not have to prove your capacity by continuing to carry everything in the same way.

Join us live and create a way forward that makes room for responsibility, expansion, support, and your continued connection to yourself.

You May Be Capable of Holding It, but That Doesn´t Mean It is Sustainable.

Some people reach burnout because they believe they cannot cope.

Others reach it because everyone—including themselves—knows that they can.

They are the people who find a way forward when plans fall apart, another person needs them, or something unexpected lands in their hands. They keep everything moving, often so effectively that no one sees the energy, thought, and emotional labor required to hold it all together.

Over time, capability can become an unspoken agreement: because you can carry something, you will.

But surviving a weight and having the capacity to sustainably hold it are not the same thing.

Your Capacity is Not Your Tolerance

We often measure capacity by whether we managed to get through something.

We completed the work. We cared for the person. We solved the problem. We made the decision. We kept showing up.

But getting through something only tells us that we endured it. It does not tell us whether the weight was sustainable, whether we had the support it required, or how much of ourselves we lost while carrying it.

Holding More Without Burning Out invites us to understand capacity differently.

Your capacity is not measured by how much you can survive.

It is measured by how much you can hold while still remaining connected to yourself.

WHAT WE WILL EXPLORE

During this 90-minute live experience, we will explore:

• The difference between capacity, tolerance, and endurance

• Why capable people often carry more than anyone realizes

• The invisible emotional, mental, relational, and energetic weight consuming capacity beneath the visible responsibilities

• How to recognize when expansion has quietly become self-abandonment

• Why sustainable growth requires more than effort—it may require greater support, a different rhythm, released responsibilities, or changed expectations

• How to identify what genuinely belongs in your next season and what cannot continue coming with you

WHAT YOU WILL LEAVE WITH

This is not simply a conversation about burnout, and it is not another lesson in becoming more productive.

You will be guided through the creation of your own Personal Capacity and Expansion Plan.

Your plan will help you identify:

• What you are currently holding

• What is quietly consuming your capacity

• What genuinely belongs to you

• What needs to be released, reduced, supported, or renegotiated

• What your next level of responsibility will require

• One sustainable expansion step you can begin taking now

A participant handout will be provided so you can work through the experience and keep your completed plan.

THIS LIVE EXPERIENCE MAY BE FOR YOU IF…

You are the person others depend upon.

Your responsibilities are growing, but your support has not grown with them.

You are carrying emotional or mental weight that few people recognize.

You are entering a new season and know you cannot bring every current responsibility with you.

You want to grow, lead, create, care, or contribute without disappearing beneath what you hold.

You do not necessarily want to do less—but you need a more sustainable way to hold what truly matters.

WHERE THIS WORK CAME FROM

Radiant Aligned Depth grew from the restoration work of Project Angel.

These teachings were first developed through what we teach the survivors we support—ways of reconnecting with self-trust, personal capacity, energetic awareness, and the parts of ourselves that can become lost beneath everything we have had to survive or hold together.

Over time, selected teachings from this work have been intentionally opened to the wider public.

Not because every person carries the same story, but because many of the deeper truths we encounter through restoration are human truths.

This public live experience has been created for a general audience. It does not share the personal experiences or private stories of the survivors Project Angel supports.

YOUR REGISTRATION SUPPORTS PROJECT ANGEL

Every registration directly supports Project Angel’s ongoing trauma-conscious restoration work with survivors of human trafficking.

Project Angel provides survivor support without cost. By participating in this live experience, you are investing in your own growth while helping keep restoration, long-term support, and compassionate community available to survivors.
